A real eco-hotel, top value for money

Fantastic and Eco friendly at the same time!

ECO FRIENDLY! I loved this hotel the first time and I loved it even more the second one. Everything is eco friendly and it’s so hard to find places like this. The place was absolutely stunning, super comfortable, super clean and perfect location, only 5 min walk from the beach!

❤️LOVE THIS HOTEL❤️

We stayed in room 4 with our little dog. It is gorgeous, with its own front door and cute private terrace. The food is fabulous and the welcome is friendly.

Perfect!

Staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming, we had booked a cheaper room but because a better room was free they let us stay in the better one without paying more! The room was perfectly decorated, spacious and with brand new forniture, the same is for the bathroom, absolutely stunning! The hotel is small but the rooms are big and it feels like home! The next day breakfast was tasty! The boss has an extreme chill vibe, you will know what I am talking about when you meet him :)

Great location, great breakfast, lovely garden

The breakfast is pretty varied considering it is a small hotel- the building itself is light and dirty, the garden is spacious and a really cute and well kept space. Staff were very attentive. Parking on site is great. Free as well. Awesome locations really easy to access the beach and close by good quality restaurants. You can also take the night bus very easily to the centre of forte dei Marmi from here

Breakfast was okay. Location was great. And they had a nice garden in the front.

The rooms represented on their site were absolutely different than what we ended up with. Bathroom was a disaster. The shower precisely adjacent to the toilet and the floor tiles depressed at the foot of the toilet. I slipped on the sloping floor, stumbled reached out for a shower wall, — there was none only a curtain— and nearly broke my neck on the bidet on the other side of the corner shower. Room was infested with mosquitos, small ugly. The mattress old lumpy springs palpable. I think the expression ‘no tell motel’ was created for places like this.

I am really not picky with noise but the rooms were quite the opposite of soundproof. I woke up a couple of times every night cause there was something going on. Last night someone around had the tv running the whole night and it was literally like it would be standing next to me…

Hotel is in a silent side street close to the beach. Very easy to reach and plenty of parking space. The Restaurant is amazing, which gives you an excellent breakfast and a phantastic dinner. We had dinner there and it was really on a high Level, nice table in the quiet garden with ambient light. Restaurant is newly renovated in modern style.

Rooms are very Basic and bath room has space for improvement.

I’ve never met such lovely people - Alina and her son are the nicest people! Such a sweet place, got everything you need, very clean, love for detail and great food! We arrived very late and very last minute and they were so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Etablissement très bien tenu d'un très bon rapport qualité prix

La chambre récemment rénovée était en parfait état avec une belle douche. L'établissement dispose d'un parc arboré, d'un parking et pas loin de la mer. Il ne fait plus restaurant le soir mais le patron nous en a indiqué un à une centaine de mètres de très bonne qualité. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais il n'y a qu'un seul étage et en plus le patron nous a porté nos bagages. Comme il y avait peu de chambres occupées nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre supérieure. Le petit déjeuner est varié, charcuterie, fromage, viennoiseries... Le patron est accueillant et sympathique.

Avvolta nella pace e relax.

La posizione è fondamentale per me. Si trova a due passi dal mare, è lontano dalla strada, camera era completamente nuova fatto con tanto gusto. Silenziosa, non si sente niente.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Il giardino fuori con le piante che facevano ombra e che si poteva fare colazione gli. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. I gatti che vivono gli . Un atmosfera molto rilassante, quasi sembra di casa. Unica cosa che mi mancava il pane fresco per colazione. Grazie ancora e alla prossima.
