Stylish and comfortable modern hotel, lovely staff, good location

Extraordinarily kind and thoughtful staff - Andrea on the front desk, Marian and Vincenzo in the restaurant - made it a very special stay. It's a beautifully thought-out modern hotel in one end of the old Fiat Lingotto factory, with a huge atrium space housing the (lovely) main bar and restaurant. Rooms also spacious and comfortable. Lingotto is not central Turin - it's south of the centre, a 10 minute metro ride - but it's still a convenient spot for Eataly across the road (this is the original branch, opened in 2007), the Lingotto shopping centre, and a visit to the Lingotto art gallery and old race track on the roof - worth a look, great views of the Alps if the weather is good.

Comfortable on the road stopover

We only stayed one night passing by, driving from Spain to Sweden, I usually don't have any expectations from the Hilton chain. It is what it is. A higher standard work/travel/airport solution. They are always a bit outdated and the carpets smell funky but you know always what to expect. It was comfortable.

• Friendly and professional staff. • Quiet atmosphere. • Stylish design. • Great shower — exactly the quality I expect from Hilton.

‏ • No complimentary water; bottled water was €4. ‏ • Given the type of flooring, in-room slippers would have been appreciated. ‏ • For internet access, I had to answer a long list of questions I’d already given at check-in, only to find out the basic Wi-Fi is free but high-speed Wi-Fi comes at an extra daily charge.

Was ok for a short visit, free parking which was really great

We payed at check in and we were asked to pay at check out again, we had to prove the payment. That wasn’t very profesional.

Great new modern facilities. The disabled room was great - wide doors, walk in shower (grippy) and plenty of space. Easy parking and lots of close by amenities. Only negative was the price - restaurant was expensive.

Breakfast was very good with a large selection, car parking was good, complementry mini bar was a bonus (for 4th floor only?). Free pass to FIAT rooftop test track. Discount vouchers for nearby restaurant, you have ask at reception

Convenient for the Salone del Libro

The location is convenient for visiting the Salone del Libro, which was the reason for our stay. Our room was comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast (though not included in the room rate)

The bathroom needs a refresh, especially the shower (grout is not clean). Restaurant has very limited options at lunch.
