Recommend for a short stay. Staff are friendly.

We didn't try the breakfast. The room is ok as the price. And the location is good, not far from a subway station. There are local restaurants and cafe nearby.

We went in January, and we heard the drop of the water in the radiator all night. The corridor is a bit noisy.

The hotel room would have been very good if the Air-Conditioner was working well

Comfortable for short stays. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking space was arranged for to our satisfaction. Well worth the money if the Air-Conditioner was working well. Close to Restaurants/Pizzerias - very central.

The Air-Conditioning unit was not working well . This made it difficult for us to sleep in a warm bedroom.

Convenient stay near to Porta Susa in Turin

Good accommodation and decent breakfast. Great location near the station and bus stop, surrounded by shops and restaurants/cafés. Check-in available until midnight, which is convenient for late flights/arrivals.

The bathroom door is transparent, which can be inconvenient.

Great value and location

Great location. Nice hotel but could really do with a bit of love to be fantastic. Nice balcony for smokers. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly. Property was secure.

I would happily stay here again

Comfortable bed, cotton sheets, A/C, TV, desk, small inner-courtyard balcony. Decent shower (but slow reaction temperature control) Helpful and friendly staff Room was quiet, despite the lively area having a 'notte bianca' event (street stalls and music etc til midnight). Close to Porta Susa station, and Flixbus stops. Decent continental breakfast in family-friendly dining/sitting area

Not worth a dollar! Don’t come to this place it’s not even close to anything!

The place was super dirty and did not look at all like the pictures! I requested a refund and it was not granted.

Everything! The manager should’ve been more aware of the fact that if a guest is not happy they should AT LEAST offer a refund for the remaining stay, instead they offered to change to a room with a bathroom that was even missing a door! So I can just say that service is not poor.. even less than that!

The nicest friendliest hotel staff, very close to the station

This hotel gets the prize for the nicest, most cheerful man on the desk at 6am. He understood we needed to leave quickly to get a train, rushed us a cappuccino, brought us aluminium foil to wrap some breakfast up to go which he encouraged us to do, pointed out that some of the cakes they make themselves. Honestly, give that man a prize, what a lovely person! Thank you for such a warm and kind send off! It was also very very quiet at night. It was really really close to the station which is great early in the morning. Great place, will go again.

Our room wasn't the nicest I've slept in but it was ok. My parents room on the second floor was lovely.

Yes ,this is a little isolated if you have no car but the hotel has free shuttle to airport that connect to trains n metropolitana that takes you to centraL Milan n than you come to rest before a flight with a pool!

Poor customer relations. An older woman i booked the wrong date and was forced to pay even though I arrived mistakenly more than 24 hours ahead. Not acceptable.

Great location, 5-7 minutes to the metro and bus stops in any direction. There is also a minibus route 56 that stops right at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The room has a safe, TV, wardrobe, condisioner, bedside tables, and a separate bathroom. There is a paid parking lot on the hotel grounds for 10 euros per day. The room is clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is tasty and ordinary. WI-FI works great.

The hotel is very noisy, you can hear people talking and walking in the corridors of neighboring rooms. There is an alarm in the bathroom, in the form of a cord, and there is no sign that it should not be pulled (people think it's an extractor fan, pull it, and a siren goes off throughout the hotel). This happened twice during our 4-night stay. It was chilly, but they gave us an extra blanket.

Amazing staff

Cant stress enough, how much the staff influence the experience of this hotel. Both the 2 night receptionists have been so friendly, accomodating and always prepared to help: coffee before breakfast, breakfast earlier than announced, please sit down and I will bring it to you....its rare to meet so friendly staff. The two guys at recetion always go out of their way to help, accommodate and make the paperwork quick and efficiently. Amazing staff

A very convenient base for an overnight stay for train travellers

We would stay here again for 2 main reasons: the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Porta Susa railway & bus stations, and is also within walking distance of the city centre. We requested and were given a wake up call and early breakfast (which was better than many we have had in Italy).

The Wi-Fi was very poor. The bed, although comfortable, was over warm as a result of too many bed clothes which we might have appreciated if the weather hadn't been unseasonably warm for January! The "fruit juices" at breakfast are best avoided.
