A big shout out to Nicola who, despite his minimal English, delivered a great check in service. Extremely helpful, friendly and an asset.
We stayed here for one night after a cruise as it was near to an Italian park run. We arrived early and had to wait 20 minutes for the room. No trouble at all when fed with pastries and water while we waited all complementary.
Room was ample big enough (room 101). Clean but a little tired looking. A touch up of paint throughout and a change of carpet would make all the difference. Bed on the hard side. It we would prefer that over super soft. An addition pillow in the cupboard would be a great addition but I’m sure would have been given had we asked.
Light was flickering in the bathroom.
As the park run started at 9am and was a 25mins walk, we would have missed breakfast. Upon leaving, we asked Nicola if we could have a takeaway breakfast. My husband arrived before me and was greeted with a tray with several pastries and croissants, enough for us all. Much appreciated.
Our flight was in the evening, they held onto our bags so we could explore the area and nothing was too much trouble.
A huge thank you for making our stay in Rimini so comfortable and would not hesitate booking again if we were in the area.
