Good value for money overall with a great selection for breakfast.

Plenty of free parking. Good selection offered for breakfast.

Hotel needs minor attention to paint work here and there. This did not detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Decent hotel

The hotel was nice, the location was good and breakfast was good too

They had a breakdown of the wifi which was not fixed by the time we left - obviously these things happen but I would have hoped they would do more to fix it quickly. Unfortunately this meant we were unable to work or plan the next days so it ruined our otherwise good stay

Oasis in a metropolis

We liked the room and the restaurant and had an excellent dinner there The hotel was easy to find and well placed for the autostrada south.

The location, close to the autostradameant the it was in a commercial zone, but still the views were good with plenty of wooded hills nearby

Nice hotel with a big free parking away from the city

We traveled as a couple along with our dog. Initially, our room had a malfunctioning air conditioner, but the staff did their best to assist us. They managed to fix the air conditioner at first, but it stopped working again after a day. Later, they provided us with another room nearby, which was excellent and had a perfectly functioning air conditioner. In the intense summer heat of Italy, not having air conditioning was quite challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay: there was ample parking, a decent breakfast, and polite staff. We dined at the hotel's restaurant only once. Unfortunately, my fish dish came with undercooked potatoes, so for the rest of our stay, we opted to have dinner elsewhere. It's worth noting that getting from the hotel to Genoa at this time is a bit challenging. The metro line is completely closed, so one needs to rely on regional trains or buses. This should be taken into account as the journey to Genoa can take around an hour. Regional trains are not very frequent, and on weekends, they have longer intervals. On weekends and during the night, it's sometimes only possible to return by bus. The hotel is conveniently situated next to a large shopping center with numerous shops and cafes.

Only the air conditioner was not working for a while. However, this inconvenience was rectified.

Very basic but comfortable bed. Ants in room was a negative

outside Genova, close to freeway . 20 min from Genova city

ants on floor, noticed the next day, they were everywhere in our luggage and bedroom.

the location and parking were excellent.

the hotel is slightly outdated, the breakfast is quite basic, especially for an Italian 4* place. the power board in the room kept producing lots of constant noise, the shower looks aged.

Disappointed about room preparation, restaurant atmosphere and uncomfortable beds.

The car park, with easy access from a dedicated lift.

Breakfast was quite good, especially coffees. The same venue as a restaurant for dinner however was a bit soulless, like eating at a canteen. Our beds were as hard as concrete and very uncomfortable. Room consumables like milk, sugar, paper cups etc had not been replenished.
