Excellent hotel near Turin

My room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly. There is also the option to store your luggage after check-out free of charge.

The only negative point is that the hotel is located far from the city centre and the major sights. However, there is a metro station very close, and the train ride to the city centre takes about 15 minutes.

Perfect for families and conventions

Very convenient location if you have a car (free but unsecured parking) and don't mind being outside the city center but still within easy reach of it (metro stop just in front). Many museums and attractions nearby. Mall and restaurants in the same building. Huge rooms with beautiful design furniture. Mountain views. Nice live music in the lobby on some days

The temperature on the AC was hard to set. Didn't seem to be working well.

Fiat Factory Fabulous

The staff were welcoming. The design and artwork were excellent, it was well soundproofed and the breakfast was very good.

The only slight negative was the hard bed(although my wife had no issues)

Two nights in stylish Turin, wonderful.

A unique building, steeped in important Turin history, which is essential to understand when visiting if you wish to know about the people of Turin. Excellent Metro connection within minutes away, a fast route to the City centre. Staff were attentive and a delight to converse with, thank you.

Coffee machines at breakfast were a bit unreliable, broken or not functioning fully- maybe pots delivered by the kitchen would have been more suitable for the number of guests. Aside from that we were delighted to have stayed here.

Iconic hotel in great location

Quality rooms in an iconic building. Great transformation of an industrial building into a multi functional complex. Comfortable beds, good bathroom, friendly staff, parking outside, location for central Turin (easy metro ride)

No coffee shop in lobby area only the bar and restaurant.

Fantastic hotel with the old Fiat building

Perfect for 18 of us travelling through Europe. Access to the test track was a little hard to find and breakfast not included. However the restaurant was great.

New hotel next to a shopping mall and metro (previous Fiat factory)

New hotel, big clean room. Next to a shopping mall and metro (Lingotto) station. 6-7 stops to city center by metro. Not in the historical center. Good breakfast. It was the previous Fiat factory and feeling the atmosphere was very special. Eataly (the first one) is next door. Parking is free in front of the hotel (very convenient).

No fried eggs or omlette included in the breakfast.

Fabulous

Staff were so nice, and as a solo traveler I think it’s really important to feel welcome because it can be quite daunting. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and made sure I was okay during dinner. And even the next morning when I went in, one of the waiters remembered me and said ‘good morning’ which was really sweet even though I’m trying to improve my Italian. Definitely recommend :)

The lift wasn’t working to get to the roof but that isn’t the property fault, I couldn’t hang around for it to open otherwise i would have.

If you don’t have any other choice you can stay in this hotel .

Size of the room staff in breakfast helpful and friendly .

The booked room was not available .On checking the receptionist said that the booked room is optional as per the hotel it is not available and could do nothing . He said that booking is giving wrong information on availability . He showed that he doing me a favor even to give me a room . The room was smelly not a 4 star level hotel opened the windows added on bottle of perfume to spend the night. . Parking is over loaded no parking available. The carpet in corridors is old . Don’t recommend it.

Connected to mall, the room we got was a. bigger room and it was spacious to stay for 4 nights. The Hotel is historical being Fiat’s old manufacturing plant.

No amenities, my expectation of a conference hotel would present amenities like iron, hair dryer, water kettle, set of cups for tea. we had to ask for everything. Away from the city center where the heart of Turin is.

Brilliant. We’ll be back!

Excellent conversion of an old factory, feels decadent and mid century. Friendly staff, great breakfast, easy metro into Turin city centre. Easy parking. Handy for museums and the Italian Job/Fiat race track on the roof - can be visited for just 2 euro if you don’t fancy the wee art gallery that is also there. Don’t miss the south ramp, it’s a bit tucked away.

Amazing and spacious hotel

There's very good restaurant at the hotel that is open almost 24h. The room size seemed more than stated on the website - maybe coz of very high ceilings. Bathroom is also very spacy. And the whole concept of the Fiat factory been remodeled and converted into the hotel is amazing.

Maybe a bit more guidance about the E/V charger - we spent ca 30 min trying to connect to it when it was simply managed by the hotel and not by the app of the company providing it.

Disappointing

I was shocked when my My laptop was stolen when I was taking breakfast in restaurant ! Got surprised that CCTV camera was not functional. Had a very tough time during that stay. Security services need to be improved.
