House of high standard, 100 meters from the sands of Ferradura, 300 meters from the beach restaurants, and 800 meters from Rua das Pedras, in the center of Búzios. Accommodates up to 17 people in comfort.
There are 6 suites, all with air conditioning and ceiling fan, overlooking the garden. Fully equipped, including bed linen and bath.
Parking for 8 cars.
In front of the house, whose terrain has 2 corners, is a beautiful lake, which provides total privacy.
The house occupies 2 corners, and is next to Ferradura Resort, which has its own security.
Attention by the housekeepers, from 08h to 18h, including kitchen services, bakery and grocery shopping service, housekeeping, cleaning, barbecues, drinks and caipirinhas. Our chefs are excellent cooks, specializing in barbecues and seafood dishes, as well as preparing delicious drinks and caipirinhas.
These services are included in the rent as well as water and energy costs.
Expenses for cleaning materials and bakery and supermarket items on renter's account.

Complete recreation area with a good swimming pool with solar and gas heating (cylinder acquisition by renter), dry sauna, barbecue in covered area, games room next to the pool porch, ping pong, sinuquinha, aero-hockey and football geek, playground with 11 toys. Dining and living rooms, 6 suites with air conditioning and ceiling fan, 2 toilets next to the living room and in the barbecue area, intercom, TV in the living room and in 3 suites, DVD in the living room and in the main suite , sound CD's and wifi in the whole house. Master suite with large balcony. The house has 2 kayaks, if you want to row in the water of the Horseshoe. On the beach there is availability for boat rides, amusements and water sports. Kayaks available. Check-in from 11:00 h and check-out until 20:00 h.

Viajamos em busca de um lugar tranquilo e bem localizado. Foi o que encontramos, e nossa experiência no imóvel foi maravilhosa. Tanto o Oliveira quanto sua esposa, são super atenciosos e de extrema educação! Sem falar no ótimo cozinheiro e churrasqueiro. Nota 1.000... As crianças e adultos se divertiram e ficaram extremamente satisfeitos.

A casa é boa, mas servico de caseiro incompleto, banheiros sujos, cheirando mal e cozinheiro distraido. Nao recomendo.
