Great location for accessing links to bus, train and metro. Within walking distance of several of Rome’s main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, the use of WhatsApp to communicate about the stay and to share helpful tips and insights was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only slight grumble was the loudness of the air conditioner unit but this didn’t stop us having a decent night’s sleep.

It‘s located near Termini train station and it‘s really convenient

It seemed like there might have been an issue with the air conditioning in the room. There was a slightly musty smell, almost like dampness or mold, coming from the AC. I’m not sure how clean the unit was, but it would be good for the hotel to have it checked and properly cleaned.

Great location from the main train station and close to the metro. Some great cafes close by for breakfast. The team were exceptionally helpful from booking to departing and gave great advice for our brief visit to Rome. Clear and timely communication as we were due to arrive late which alleviated any anxiety. The room was spacious and the high ceilings were helpful in the warm weather. The room was cleaned and bottles of water replaced daily. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and come back again. Many thanks

We struggled with the air con remote control, but probably more user error that than the system.
