Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea

Wonderful location with direct access to the Dead Sea with two options to get there, either stairs or the resort Buggy which runs every 15mins. If you like Spa's the complex is big with two main pools, 1 infinity pool and 1 hydro pool with lots of bubbly water jets. The Spa area is 'adults' only so if you want a quiet time go there. There is a small entrance fee but it's well worth it. I also must mention the staff as they were all very friendly and helpful. If you have a query just go and ask 'Guest Relations' and I'm sure they will help you as they did for me. Thank you for your kindness.

This is a family friendly hotel which is great if your travelling with your family. However it does get noisy at times so if your like me just go to one of the adult only areas. The only other complaint I have is the main dining room which can get very busy at times and the staff are very rushed trying to keep up with demand.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, with an amazing view of the Dead Sea. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The Mövenpick Dead Sea is a beautiful resort with a great atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a relaxing experience overall.

One major downside is the **very high prices at SAP, the restaurants and coffee shops inside the resort**. The prices feel significantly overpriced, especially for food, coffee, and drinks. For a hotel of this level, I expected premium pricing, but some prices were simply too high and affected the overall experience. I hope the hotel reviews its food and beverage pricing to make it more reasonable for guests.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall facilities (gym, restaurant, front desk) reflected a high level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere made the stay genuinely comfortable.

Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room had visible dust and clear signs it wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in, and the bathroom needed more attention. Even after requesting housekeeping, the response was slow and the cleanliness issues weren’t fully addressed.
