Great location, good value

Great location, wonderful views on the higher levels, very central, spacious rooms, minibar, well refurbished, everything in great shape

Place is fine, but doesn't really seem like a 4 star hotel

Close to the thermal bath

One particular lady at the reception was rude, I had simple question - the names on the travel card was spelt incorrectly and wanted to know if it'll be a problem when I use the public transport. She was rude to me when she said it didn't matter only the qr code matters. I am a traveller I do not know every details, her job was to provide me with information politely, but instead she showed me attitude.

We enjoyed our stay and the efficiency of the reception staff .

Parking! We did not know that we had to pre-book our parking space because we booked with Booking.com! We had driven from UK …Our car was full of our personal things not taken to the room and we needed secure parking! We had to run around looking for parking because the local meters were limited to 3 hour maximum! Even the underground public parking was closed for the weekend!

The hotel falls short of earning a 4-star rating. One of the primary concerns was the lack of air conditioning in the room, making it uncomfortably hot. To compensate, we had to open the windows, but this led to a significant noise disturbance, further detracting from our comfort and overall experience.

My family stayed 2 nights in the hotel, breakfast was really good. Hotel is located in the Kings Garden, and also stone casting distance to the walking street. I will reccomend this hotel to the families.

A romantic getaway

I have chosen Galerie Hotel as a perfect spot in Bad Reichenhall to celebrate an anniversary with my partner. Didn't regret a thing about my choice. The staff has made everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible and fulfilled all my wishes. Also, a special vibe creates a stunning view from the window and the greatest location to Kurgarten. Apart from this, the breakfast was excellent, there were a big variety of things to choose from.

I don't have any bad comments to leave, just would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the members of the staff

Perfect 100%

O loved EVERYTHING ! It looks like you're in a five star hotel , that you paid 200€ + to stay, but no! You pay a very nice price, for a super confort, great staff and an excellent breakfast! Quiet place, beautiful garden, decoration... If you want to go to Szalsburg, that's great! Only 30min from the hotel! They have ALEXIA in the room ( I don't even have one at home! 😂)

Great place to stay for a few days and explore Bad Reichenhall and area. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing in a quiet neighbourhood right next to the Kurgarten and just a few minutes walk from the centre of town beyond that. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room itself was very nice, with a lovely balcony that gave a view of the peaks of the local mountains. Breakfast was always well stocked as continental breakfasts go with nice fresh rolls, cheeses and cold meats and the hot breakfast foot was always refreshed regularly (scrambled & boiled eggs, bacon and sausages (plus a daily special like Kaiserschmarrn, kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes) or special sausages with a couple of great bean-to-cup coffee machines that made coffees to suit all tastes.

Thin paper cups for tea or coffee in the rooms instead of proper cups or mugs. But that was it really... Easily fixed.

Highly recommend for a central location

Hotel is located in the 'Villa Quarter' which is perfect for visiting Bad Reichenhall. Barbara at reception was amazingly helpful. Thank you. We loved 'ALEXA' in our room. Our room (407) was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious too. Was also great to have a mini-bar.

Nothing - but a note to guests with mobility issues there are a few stairs 'down' to reach the reception.

Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful

We requested a baby crib with extra charge however there was no proper bedding (sheet) on baby bed that we had to use the duvet as sheet which is not safe for young babies

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay

Everything was great. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We received some tickets for public transport that were valid not only in the city, but also to Salzburg. The room was equipped with a coffee maschine and a teapot that could be used for free.

The staf was so rude. I paid everything by booking the hotel price and also they charged me an additional amount of 10 euros ( it was written as tax). Then when I did the checkout they asked me to pay an additional amount of money again without explaining what was that amoun, even on the invoice the amount has only one description (cash). When I asked for the explanation the staf was so rude and did not give any explanation why this additional amount is not written in booking. I told them that I will write this on the review and immediately after I left the hotel, they marked my booking as canceled. This is unacceptable.

Lovely hotel in a great location - very helpful staff.

Very pleased with the room itself and the size. All the amenities worked as hoped and arrived for an important online meeting so was thrilled that the wifi worked so well. Would definitely stay again, the staff were very patient and helpful. I am very grateful to them for being so amenable.

It sometimes took time to lock and unlock the door - there is clearly a knack to it but this could have been easier.

Perfectly adequate and comfortable and a good option for a short stay/if you are passing through.

The hotel was well situated/located and was tidy enough. It is a little outdated and could do with a little TLC however it was perfectly clean and adequate. The reception area is very small and merges with the breakfast room and as such there is no where to sit and relax with family/friends having a drink as in other more spacious hotel bars or lobbies. The staff were friendly although not very attentive. The breakfast selection was very good (variety of breads/rolls, meats, cheeses, eggs, salads, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, drinks) and the food quality was good/fresh although poor if you are vegan or have dietary requirements. Overall it was a perfectly adequate/comfortable stay but nothing to write home about. I would put it on par with an Ibis/Holiday Inn. I would stay again should the price be good value however I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you were looking for a relaxing/romantic or special break.

Breakfast selection should you have vegan/dietary requirements. The hotel lobby. The rooms were a little on the tired/outdated side.
