Cleanliness of the room.
Hotel booking thru booking.com was so confusing at this time. My booking was for 2 days from 4 to 6 of June. But booking approved for 5 to 7 June. I requested to correct it and it took a long time.

Good rooms
Food. Really terrible food at both restaurants. Terrible food and we get charged too. Please refund my food bill
