The hotel is iconic, the location is stunning. The room was nice. Staff were incredible.
The hotel is showing it's age and needs upkeep. Some of the service was lacking but we noted this and the hotel responded very positively. The TV channels are appalling.

Our stay at Taj Lake Palace was truly unforgettable. The property’s rich history and heritage create a magical atmosphere that transports you to another era. What made our visit even more special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcome!
