We had a perfect stay at Taj West End. The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and the service throughout was exceptional. All of the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive, especially the manager of the spa area who kindly accommodated us at very short notice.
The breakfast had a huge variety of delicious options each morning, and the room itself was extremely comfortable with a very cosy bed and great facilities. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations and we genuinely couldn’t fault anything at all.
We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Bangalore and would happily return again.

The staff at Machan Restaurant and front office have been great snd courteous, i would stay only for the food service and the courteous staff, i would stay at different place and just vome for food.
Bath rooms are cramped, too small, the room is too small for amount they charge, sitting chairs in room are in very poor condition, the seats in chairs covered with cloth have stains, very poor rooms, do not recommend to stay.
