Great place. Would go back.

Very comfortable, spacious and delivered what it said it would. Even though the weather wasn't great, we had an amazing time. And the advice and suggestions from the hotel staff was invaluable.

The surprise supplemental fee for our (teen-aged) children could have been communicated when we confirmed the booking. If I missed the communication about this, then I'd put in a request for the process to be reviewed. I thought the price quoted for five guests, two rooms was what we'd pay (not including dinners, drinks etc). I have to stress we didn't resent paying the additional bill as our stay exceeded our expectations. It just came as a surprise.

Spa facility. Free packing. Family owned hotel. Friendly staff. Perfect way to spend in spa during the rainy days.

Not staying in the newly renovation wing of the property where the spa located and farther from traffic.. We stayed in the old wing of property in front of the street with much noice from trucks and cars passing by. Lighting in room is weak.

Schönes Landhotel mit familiärem Flair

Schönes Landhotel mit familiärem Flair, Zimmer waren Tipp topp, alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das kleine Schwimmbad und die Saunalandschaft sind klein aber schön und gepflegt. Ich war mit einer Freundin dort, die bereits das vierte Mal dort war, viele Stammgäste, das spricht für sich!

Molt bona experiència

L'hotel és molt agradable d'ambient familiar. L'habitació familiar on hem estat era còmode i espaiosa. El personal de recepció molt atent, tot i que nosaltres no parlàvem Alemany ens han atès molt bé amb anglès. La ubicació perfecta, a 20 minuts en cotxe del complex de Neuschwanstein.

Al restaurant no ens han ofert carta en anglès i la cambrera tampoc el parlava. Cada matí a l'hora d'esmorzar a la taula hi havia un butlletí amb informació del dia i el menú per escollir per sopar. Tot era en alemany, seria un detall que hi hagués l'opció en anglès.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit egal ob beim Empfang oder beim Frühstück, die Zimmer Panorama Blick sind groß geräumig und sehr sauber, als Belohnung wenn man mal keine Zimmerreinigung benötigt bekommt man sogar einen kleinen Getränke Gutschein fürs Restaurant, super! Die Betten sind hochwertig und man schläft sehr gut. Der Balkon ist groß und überdacht und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit genialem Blick auf die Alpen ein.

Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es leider weil es kein Mückenschutz an der Balkontür gibt, gerade im Sommer wenn man mit offenem Fenster oder Türe schlafen will werden die kleinen Mücken doch sehr lästig.

Massagen- und Kosmetikangbote nicht die ganze Woche verfügbar, Abendessen (waren nur 2x im Hotel) einmal sehr trockener Gockel

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt erholsam, besonders der Poolbereich war sehr ansprechend und stilvoll.

Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut, auch die vor Ort zugebuchte Halbpension war qualitativ gut. Der Wellnessbereich, insbesondere der Poolbereich waren hervorragend.

Das Zimmerreinigungspersonal hat sehr spät (mittags) erst angefangen, zu reinigen, dabei standen die Putzwagen sehr lange in den engen Gängen, zudem waren die Unterhaltungen zwischen dem Personal sehr laut und anhaltend. Eine flackernde Deckenleuchte wurde in den drei Tagen des Aufenthaltes nicht ausgetauscht, auf entsprechenden Hinweis gab man an, dass man mich nicht verstehen würde.

WAUW, WAUW Wat is dit geweldig. Ik had een panorama 2 persoon kamer, Wat een luxe !! Hele grote kamer, alles modern en schoon. Heerlijke matras, balkon met uitzicht op de bergen, perfect. Lekker eten.

Nettes Hotel mit leckeren Restaurant.

Super schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Personal war bis auf einer Ausnahme sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend.

Frühstück würde ich als normal bezeichnen, Eier waren eher nicht so besonders ( ist aber auch Geschmacksache ). Beim einchecken war ich zu früh dran und da wurde ich nicht gerade nett darauf hingewiesen das die Zimmer noch nicht fertig sind, hätte man sicherlich anders kommunizieren können. ( allerdings hat auch jeder Mensch mal einen schlechteren Tag, Personal sonst wirklich super freundlich )

Absoluut geen 4-sterren waard!!!

Het enige positieve dat ik kan zeggen gaat over het ontbijt. Veel keuze en zeer verzorgd.

Als je een 4 sterren hotel boekt mag je er vanuit gaan dat ook het restaurant dit waard is..helaas niet. Alleen maar Duitse boerenkost met amper variatie en heel prijselijk is voor wat men krijgt. Je gaat er toch een beetje vanuit dat als het hotel weet dat je met honden komt dat je dan ook een kamer krijgt op het gelijkvloers en niet op de bovenste 2de verdieping alsook werden wij bij het ontbijt helemaal in een andere zaal gezet omdat we met honden waren. 50 meter lopen om je zelf dan te kunnen bedienen. Een aanrader is dit hotel echt niet en zeker niet als je met hond(en) gaat. Slechste hotel sinds jaren. Helaas geen mooie afsluiter van onze vakantie.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Leider waren an den ersten vier Abenden zu wenig Servicemitarbeiter da. (Voller Biergarten + Hotelgäste war zu viel). Bei unserem leckeren 4-Gang-Menü mussten wir also sehr viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen.

Super toll ☆ macht weiter so ☆

Frühstücksbufett/ Raum richtig toll angerichtet, alles da, was fürs Auge und Seele und dem Magen gefällt. Aussicht /Ruhe vom Panorama Zimmer herrlich Wellness Bereich vor allem die Kombi- Massage war das Highlight an meinem Geburtstag.
