Rooms were very clean, staff were very professional and friendly, location is close enough to MRT, supermarket is just next to hotel. The view at the revolving restaurant is great too!

The view and location of the hotel were incredible. The swimming pool was nice, as were the bathroom and gym. The revolving restaurant at the top was also really cool and had good selections!! Also appreciated the free laundry self-service
The staff were weirdly unprofessional -- I've never experienced anything like it before in China!! It was as if everyone was working their first day, they had no clue what was going on and were so slow. Also, this is a weirdly specific complaint, but if you come to this hotel you'll know exactly what I mean: the elevators are INCREDIBLY slow. Expect to wait 5+ minutes for the elevator to arrive, regardless of the floor you're staying on. It's really bad. Overall, the facilities were dated -- this place probably was at its peak in like 2005.
