It’s right next to a beautiful park with trails. There was a balcony. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The staff was very helpful.

There were no firm pillows. The coffee was too weak and it often ran out. There were no washcloths. No bar soap. No complimentary shuttle.

Great overnight stay to enjoy the area

We liked this hotel for the position that was close to the river. We were able to walk to a very nice Italian restaurant nearby and enjoyed the accomodation after a long day hiking in the area. The staff was helpful and the room quiet and clean.

The furnishings in the room were ok. The terrace could have used some chairs. Everything was fine...just not WOW!

Puzzling -- this could be a really nice hotel, but it wasn't.

Room was very large, and had a wooded view.

Hotel seemed deserted -- very few bookings. The staff were almost invisible; most of the time there was no one at the reception desk. Lobby and halls were kept dark as if to save on electricity. When we asked to have our luggage stored for an hour between check out and our departure for the train station, we were told to put our bags in a meeting room which was unlocked and unwatched.

Nie and clean

The hotel is clean and well located, very close to the park and the mineral water springs. From there is also possible to do a very scenic walk along the river to the Ebernburg castle (highly recommended!). The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and good coffee.

The fitness area was not working due to the corona-related restrictions.

Die Lage ist toll. Das Zimmer schön groß. Mobiliar neu in unserem Zimmer. Das Frühstück auch sehr gut. Und, es war wirklich sehr sauber.

Die Lüftung im Bad brummt ziemlich laut wenn man das Licht anmacht. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber vielleicht kann man diesbezüglich etwas machen

Prima voor een weekendtrip

Mooi, rustig en strategisch gelegen hotel, langs een leuke route wandel je in een kwartiertje naar de Altstadt. Eenvoudig parkeren. Prima ontbijt. Medewerkers zijn zeer voorkomend.

Je kunt een opmerking maken dat het hotel deels lichte 70-vibes heeft, maar het stoort absoluut niet en heeft eigenlijk wel een bepaalde charme.

Guter Aufenthalt für Bad Kreuznach

Zentrale Lage in Bad Kreuznach- die Stadt ist komplett fussläufig erreichbar. Bequeme Betten, zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Das Hotel wurde in den frühen 70er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts errichtet. Seither wurde zwar die Zimmereinrichtung und das Bad erneuert, die Fenster, die Heizkörper, Wand- und Bodentextilien leider noch nicht. Ich fühlte mich in meine ersten Schulferien zurückversetzt. Für diese Erinnerung wird ein relativ hoher Preis genommen.

Nie wieder!

Als ich nach dem Einchecken in den Aufzug gestiegen bin, habe ich erstmals von Baumwanzen gelesen, die in den Zimmern sein könnten. In meinen ersten 30 bis 45 Minuten im Zimmer habe ich dann rund fünf bis sieben dieser Baumwanzen gefunden. Zudem war die Luft im Zimmer nahezu unerträglich. Ich bin also zur Rezeption und habe der Dame mitgeteilt, dass ich bei dieser Anzahl von Baumwanzen im Zimmer dort ganz bestimmt nicht schlafen kann und mich auch keine Minute länger dort aufhalten möchte. Die Dame akzeptierte und sagte, ich würde das Geld einige Tage später erstattet bekommen. Aber das entsprach leider nicht der Wahrheit, denn ich habe trotzdem eine Nacht bezahlen müssen. Aus meiner Sicht ist es ein Unding, dass einem nicht spätestens beim Buchungsvorgang mitgeteilt wird, dass diese Baumwanzen im Zimmer sein können. Denn hätte ich es eher gewusst, hätte ich das Zimmer nicht einmal für 0 Euro genommen. Dass man erst nach dem Einchecken davon erfährt, ist für mich eine eher merkwürdige Geschäftspraxis. Und dass ich dann auch nicht das gesamte Geld erstattet bekomme (was mir ja zugesagt wurde) ist für mich auch nicht akzeptabel.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es war von allem reichlich vorhanden .Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen

Das Frühstücksangebot war schmackhaft und ausreichend in seiner Vielfalt.

Das Badezimmer war recht beengend, kaum Abtellmöglichkeit für den Kulturbeutel. Unzureichende Beleuchtung am Spiegel.
