-Friendly and attentive staff.
-Good location in relation to the places we wanted to visit.
-A word of appreciation to the reception staff who allowed my family and I to check in early as the room was already ready.
-This hotel is showing its age and deserves a renovation, however, there were no complaints regarding cleanliness.
-Breakfast isn't bad, but there could be some more food options.

They offered to change room the next day and upgraded to a higher floor.
The wifi connection was literally non-existent. For some reason, the browser that you use have matters. The technical staff was not able to resolve and so they recommended change of room.
