Great location, friendly staff (especially the chef from the kitchen who saved the day).
Unfortunately, information about vegan diet wasn't passed on to the kitchen. We received an email reassurance ("sure, we have a balanced breakfast") and reminded about it at the reception ("Good that you mention it, we will pass this information on") only to find out next morning that the information did not arrive. Fortunately, the chef could improvise something.

While the overall comfort was acceptable, the quality was below what I expect from Radisson.
The location is excellent in the city.
The receptionist (the one with the white hairs) was very kind and helped us. Really appreciate it.
The corridor/floor area had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door did not close at all, which made using the toilet uncomfortable and lacking privacy.
The bar was fine, but the service felt apathetic. In the restaurant, service was slow and delayed, and the dinner (a simple risotto) was overly oily, drowned in sauce, and not worth the price.
The hotel also felt pet-unfriendly. Our pets were not allowed in the restaurant—unlike most restaurants we visited in Germany. The pet fee of €15 per night per pet also seemed high given that nothing was provided in the room for them (not even a food/water bowl). Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for pet owners.
