Unoccupied 18th century stone house and outbuildings with covered terrace typical of Quercy Blanc.
The house is located in the heart of a charming authentic hamlet in a very preserved nature on the limestone plateau above the gorges of the Aveyron.
The surrounding woods will be an opportunity for walks and discoveries of many animals such as roe deer, wild boars, sheep, hares, horses etc.
The house enjoys a very open view of the beautiful surrounding countryside.,You will be able to live a wonderful holiday in total freedom while not being isolated since the property turns its back on a charming hamlet.
The interior decoration of the house is refined and warm with parquet floors, fireplace, antique furniture and antique woodwork.
The garden is enclosed by dry stone walls and old gates, preserving privacy. This well-kept garden is decorated with boxwood, cypresses and fruit trees. Part of the garden with a swing is more particularly intended for children.

Great, very comfortable property with excellent amenities and pool. Kitchen area a little small but good Al fresco dining areas. Nice proximity to St Antonin.

Situation dans un hameau à 10 minutes de St Antonin ! Belle région à découvrir. La maison est grande, les chambres vastes et la literie confortable. Des serviettes de toilette et de piscine sont fournies. La cuisine est bien équipée en plats de toute sorte. Petit bémol pour la salle d’eau peu pratique quand on se douche.
