great value-for money, in partciular for self-catering and people interested in hiking

The apartment was great value for money, quite spacey with kitchenette and a balcony, so I was able to cook my self some meal which I had which some cool rosé wine on the balcony in the evening. That possibility made my stay much more comfortable. Also, the location is close to the regional parc where I went for hiking, which was another big plus for me. There are also some supermarkets close by, so you can easily get all groceries to have a pleasent, self-catered stay.

One of the lights was broken, but that was not a big issue. Ath the first day, there was some stench from the sewers, maybe because the bathroom facilities haven't been used in a while and the siphon was dried out.

Microwave in the room + cutlery Comfortable bed. Staff at the reception was just OK.

Very sad rooms. It’s like being an old appartement. You have to take down the rubbish, clean cutlery. For 1 night stay, it’s ok. But won’t stay any longer than that. Depressing.

This is not a nice place to stay for visiting town. Probably a living for imbecills. We could not sleep because neigbour on hotel was screaming and going berserk from 01:00-06:00. Hotel service closed during night. So we had to call the police.

Dommage pour le chauffage.

Emplacement et arrivée pratique

Chauffage vétuste et pas assez important pour la surface, 2 petits convecteurs au lieu de 3. On a eu froid dans le logement, il faisait moins 8 dehors et 17 dans le logement alors que dans le couloir d’accès au logement il faisait bon.

Le chauffage était éteint, nous avons eu très froid. Il s'agit de vieux convecteurs électriques qui devraient être remplacés car même allumés, ils ne chauffaient pas beaucoup. La télé pourtant neuve ne fonctionnait pas suite à un problème d'antenne. Nous avons fait la recherche des chaînes mais sans succès. C'est juste un élément de décor ! La couleur verte au mur et le mobilier marron foncé ne sont plus d'actualité, on se serait cru dans une vieille série télé allemande!

Un séjour confortable et agréable dans un établissement calme et bien situé.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté du logement, le confort du lit et le calme de l’établissement. L’emplacement est pratique et j’ai trouvé l’accueil agréable.

Rien de vraiment gênant, peut-être quelques petits équipements qui pourraient être modernisés, mais cela n’a pas impacté mon séjour.

Le gérant est très accueillant et gentil, et la proximité de l’hôtel avec l’autoroute en fait un endroit agréable pour faire une pause sur sa route.

Les équipements sont vétustes et l’appartement semblait propre mais ne l’était pas réellement (nos pieds étaient noirs alors que nous sortions de la douche). L’insonorisation des appartements est aussi très faible.

Une bonne surprise

L'emplacement est idéal, près de la place Bellevue. C 'est calme au cœur d'un quartier vivant. La place de parking est un vrai plus. La chambre est grande et propre avec un immense balcon. Bon rapport qualité prix.

L’hôtel est un peu défraichi, c'est dommage au cœur d'une ville dont la propreté semble à revoir.
