Staff were really friendly and efficient.
Beds were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel
The restaurant service was quite quick and the servers were really great
It was a great location and parking was really easy
Loved the deck area for after dinner drinks
No laundry service (not a deal breaker, but they had laundry bags so we expected to be able to get washing done)
Not enough sachets of regular coffee in the rooms (only two per day for two people)
The shower was good, but having no curtain or screen meant that the bathroom got very wet

Great Air Conditioning :)
Very comfortable and spacious room
Pool area was pleasant
Breakfast had a lot of choice
Walking distance to Hyeres old town and close by car to get to Porquerolles
Eggs looked a bit odd at breakfast

The room was big and comfortable. It came with a kettle which allowed us to have coffee which we took as the cost of the breakfast was extremely high.
The fire alarm rang around the hotel at 6:30am. My wife rang reception to ask if it was genuine, which it wasn't. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't appear to be trained on how to turn the alarm off.
We ate at the restaurant. The food was very good but the service was extremely poor. I ordered a glass of wine with the dinner but it didn't come so cancelled it. However, it wasn't removed from the bill
