I liked the staff, especially "Lea", she was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not soundproof, you can hear the normal voice conversation in next room, you can even hear the water when tap is open. The rooms temperature control is at reception which is not comfortable. It was raining and cold outside and cold inside and had to ask for an extra heater. It was also difficult to find the main entrance. There is not toilet bidet contrary to many other places.

Good, protected parking. Easy access from the motorway, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is good.

Disappointing that there weren’t pizzas available at the bar as had been advertised. More supplies needed in the bedroom to make coffee.

Good choice for one night stop

The place looks nice, the staff so helpful. We had a reservation for a room with children, at first we received a first floor room without elevator, but when they saw us with strollers and children so the hostess immediately gave us a ground floor room. Really appreciated

The breakfast was not great. No fresh bread and the croissants were burnt. No elevator to access the second floor in the outside building. Was ok as we stayed just one night but if we had to take big luggage upstairs, would have been annoying

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

There were only net curtains on the glass door that opened directly onto the car park. A proper curtain would be appropriate

only pizza available for evening meal the staff seemed keen on ensuring the crockery and cutlery were fully tapped. whilst the bread scrambled had run out there were still at least ten diners but no attempt was made to replenish these .

Room had shell from pipes, so in the room it smelled like in the bathroom. And the light was very dark , in the morning it was very difficult to do anything in this dark light

Facilities were okay.

Although having booked/searched rooms for 5 ppl, Kyriad had only registered the two adults and not the children. They had to adjust the rate 😖 They said they had this problem a lot with Booking.com? Remote was missing in one of the two rooms, rendering the TV useless, very small rooms and bathrooms.

Very friendly staff. Our dogs were very welcome as well. Great bed. dogs €5/dog/night. were allowed to come with us at breakfast.
