Convenient and friendly welcome but probably wouldn’t stay again

The lady who welcomed us and checked us in was very helpful. The restaurant had a lovely vibe and there was a lot of kids facilities. Secure parking and just off the motorway.

The pool was a milky blue which indicated it wasn’t clean. The music blasted on until midnight which made it completely impossible to sleep which wasn’t great after a long day of driving. The rooms need renovating as per the rest of the hotel. The sofa bed was hard as a rock, my daughter couldn’t sleep on it so I swapped with her and had a crook neck come the morning.

A break in the journey to the south of France .

Very convenient directly off the motorway .. facilities and restaurant very attractive Reception staff were very helpful

Room were dated and dark Everywhere was too crowded Restaurant was overbooked and staff couldn’t cope and therefore rather grumpy Food took ages to come and chicken was way overcooked when it did eventually arrive . Shame as the menu is good Disappointing in all

Not worth a stay.

No A/C in the room, empty mini-bar (extra warm temperature in the room and no water). Untrained staff at the lobby. All of that for 178€ the night. A joke.

We stay in Novotel Htls a lot & unfortunately this one was disappointing, and will not be revisiting. No customer service from reception staff, the area itself has a bad odour and a very strange layout. As in the desk layout does not look like a reception area. Parts of the hotel look and feel run down. Though a room was being painted, it was directly opposite ours, fumes unbearable so we asked to move and told would need to wait an hour, when we agreed to wait, suddenly a room became available!

We had a pleasant stay at the Novatel, rooms were great and it was great value, we loved the pool.

Location was a little random and fine if you have a car but suspect alternative transport would be s bit challenging I would suspect. Some of the hotel exterior areas need a freshen up.

Nice hotel but the 'deposit policy' left a bitter taste

Great room, very comfy beds, nice pool area and restaurant, lots of parking places available, close to a mall

A bit far from the center; they ask you for a deposit of 250 eur upon arrival!! I don't think that's normal...not to mention financially legal... as you will get it back in about a week... they are practically using everyone's money on a normal basis, as a free credit line... first 4* hotel I have ever encountered to do that.

This hotel is perfectly situated for day trips in the Avignon region. We loved the outdoor accommodations made for children and sport. We ate tapas on the terrace every evening while our kids used the playground and played bocce and ping pong. We also enjoyed some tennis and swimming. The staff were really kind and none of us wanted to leave. Merci beaucoup!

Nice hotel just outside Avignon with unexpected entertainment on the outside terrace that we enjoyed

When we arrived in the evening there was a singer on the lovely outside terrace. We had cocktails and a snack and enjoyed the evening. Our 6 year old twins made friends and played in the children's play area. Good family room for 4 of us and our dog Large free secure car park

Twins were disappointed that the pool was closed as I had booked this hotel for the outside pool. The food menu was only in French unlike other restaurants/hotels we had been to along the way. (may be the hotel does not get many other nationalities staying there}

Great hotel with a few rude and unhappy staff to ruin your stay.

Both ladies at reception were great and helped a lot when we arrived and checked out. The receptionist in the morning cancelled our restaurant bill when she heard about what had happened. Most restaurant staff were also very friendly. I felt some of them were even sorry for us with the rude attitude we faced.
