The room was very comfy They prepared a card for me since it was my birthday, this meant a lot to me and my kids The pool’s temperature was perfect and the view from the jacuzzi was amazing We spent an unforgettable weekend we will for sure come back

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely fabulous — spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. The swimming pool was amazing, perfect for both relaxing and getting in a few laps. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options and attentive service. Every part of the stay exceeded expectations. My kids loved it. Would definitely return!

I genuinely can't give any negative feedback — there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded expectations and made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I only regret that we stayed for just one night — I would’ve happily extended the visit.

The view of the Mountain Blanc Massif from my room and the setting of the whole hotel. The salmon ceviche dish was the best I have ever eaten. The staff were so so friendly and the whole place was welcoming.

Perfect starting point to explore the mountains around Chamonix

Location just outside Chamonix center. Great view from the garden and swimming pool on the dome du goutier. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly staff.

great hotel near montblanc

Great choice for family trips or just to relax, 10 min drive from chamonix. From the indoor pool you can see a glaciar and the mountains, ask for a room on the back of the hotel for a great view. Very quiet rooms, Nice arcades (old games only) for free, Nice garden. Some discount on transportation included. Good and helpfull staff. Bar in the lounge area and a pool table. Bed very confortable and very clean room. Water bottle in the room every day.

Bit pricey but offers a more than most around this area. Nothing near the hotel, better for people with cars to get around. No snacks machines

One of the best hotels I have ever visited

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Everything worked exceptionally well. Very good customer service, a lot of "extra services" like swimming pool, jacuzzi, multiple saunas, garden, pool and gaming consoles. Food was great. Truly exceptional staff.

Pleasant stay in top location.

Wonderful spa, powerful shower. Very good bed with super comfortable blanket. Delicious breakfast. Good fun at pool table and pretty views to Mont Blanc.

Overall very pleasant place for family vacat

Personnel was very helpful and kind, room is good size and clean, hall of the hotel with play area and fireplace. Not busy pool and wirpool.

No fridge in the room which is bad for us as me and our child is gluten and lactose sensitive, so we need special milk and yogurts instead of usual food in France. Some parts in the room looked like need maintenance, not level expected from 4 stars hotel.

Very nice accomodation for a shorter or longer stay at Chamonix.

The room was very nice and clean. The food in the hotel was very good.

The hotel is very close to the highway so my room facing the highway was very noisy. I asked the staff for a change of room and i got one on the opposite side from the highway facing the mountains. Quiet nights with open window. The staff were very help full and my problem was solved.

Beautiful place

Cool Hotel with a 70s vibe but modern. Great area in the foyer with good places to chill on couches and lots of games, couple of arcade games, pool, foosball ect. Heated pool and spa, friendly staff, nice rooms with an amazing view. The Hiking around the area is exceptional! Awesome down hill biking trails too! I enjoyed a couple long trail runs up the surrounding features!

The restaurant had a small menu and did not offer much, to get any other food with not much else around you need to make your way into town about a 7min drive then park at a designated parking area and walk in approx 5 to 10min walk minimum. The public transport cuts off early. So if you want to go into town at night and not drive the last bus back was at 1900. Taxi services expensive at about 80 euro and Uber non existent in Chamonix.

The staff was super friendly, gave us many information. Room was big, cosy, quiet...loved the separate toilet and the electric heater in the bathroom. The parking was right next to hotel, we're just sorry we didn't have time to use the pool (nor all the other amenities in the lobby 😄)

Pleasant stay overall, but would choose somewhere else in the future.

Breakfast was great. Love the lobby and our room was nice.

Dinner was terrible. Looked like cat food, very bland rice and meat with no veg. Staff was mixed. Sometimes unhelpful. No sauna like it said online and on the facility map. Jacuzzi was cold. Got a call weeks later about missing bags? That’s a mystery.

Finally a hotel for today's world!

really loved this hotel. such a nice surprise. we really liked that it was a non-conventional hotel - a hotel designed for today's society. It was full of fun game rooms, a casual american style diner, a sizeable indoor pool and a small jacuzzi, plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and the views of the mont blanc. it even had a kids play area for younger kids and that was just great for us. the decor is AMAZING and the staff are SO friendly & chilled.

1- The pillows. so bad. please bring your own pillows because otherwise you will wake up with a painful neck. i gave the feedback to the manager but i didnt get the feeling like they are going to do anything about it. there was no other pillow options. 2- apparently the baby/kids playroom only opens at 10am.....do they realize kids wake up muuuuuch earlier than that? 3- food is average - has a lot of potential but dont expect to be WoWed.

Top landscape, calm.Great massage just outside the hotel.

Great facility! I felt very relaxed. I will come back again for sure. Also to mention the incredible massage therapist just outside the hotel for when you come back soar.

I was glad that I had my bike to bike in and out, but not sure how it is for someone walking. Also the food is a bit pricey for stg that was reheated. But globally I liked it.
