All was very good, the room was .clean the breakfast was good, if a little crowded.

The showerhead was broken or not functioning correctly, so I could only shower using a the hand held shower head.

Doors smack shut !!

Good location for a transit. Comfortable bed. Clean. Good air conditioning. Ample free parking within the hotel grounds. Kettle in the room. Hairdryer available.

2 nights..lift was out of order. But they would assist with luggage if needed. Whomever designed the auto-shut room doors needs to stay in the hotel for a few nights !! Could not sleep at all. People just enter the rooms and the doors smack behind them sending a tremor in the corridor!! Heart attack on the weekends..as people come back from late dinners! Avoid weekends in this hotel if you are an early sleeper. Doors need to be adjusted to slow down before they close. The two reading bed lights on the headboard are dangerous. We kept hitting our head on the sharp corners. Really hurts! Showerhead cant be adjusted.

Good value hotel for a stopover.

Spacious clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and the adjoining restaurant was very good for an evening meal. A very good place for a stopover en route to somewhere else but not much to see/do in the immediate locality.

The parking is right outside our room which is really good. We ate at the restaurant next door and service was good. The hotel's front desk staff are really helpful. I would stay here again.

Stopover en route to ski resort - ideal - need the car to get back into Annemasse for a meal but compensated by the quick exit in the morning. All round pretty perfect.

A great stop over, a great sleep and an equally great start to the day with a hearty breakfast.

We have stayed here a number of times and enjoy the clean rooms and adequate breakfast. We feel confident that our car is parked in a safe environment. We enjoyed our breakfast as always, the scrambled eggs are a welcome addition.

As this is primarily a stop over on our journey from England to Italy we cant really find any problem at all with our choice of accommodation.

Very nice place to stay & rest

I really love the location and the hotel. Staff seems nice, although I rarely see anybody, despite I stay there multiple times, each month. The room is clean, nice. Silent. I like the rooms out, in the "garden". Be careful, public transport is quite far away (more than a 10 minute walk) and you might need to change a few busses to get to Geneva. By bike, you are 10 km from the Geneva City Center.

Nothing big ... just that the Air Conditioning is not cleaned ... probably for years :) and the TV remote control .... the same. But really, not a big issue.
