Very friendly staff, good quality of food. Bedrooms could be renovated they are a bit old fashion comparing to hallway
Bedroom decoration, breakfast was very crowded, I was happy to be able to sit outside because the main restaurant is really big and crowded. What would be nice to be able to order à la carte/eggs

Location was great and very comfortable.
To use the pool and spa facilities it was an additional charge and very expensive hourly charge.

Very good location. Beautiful lobby area.
Our room was underwhelming. We were with Viking and given the most basic room. We paid dearly for an extra day but were kept in the same poor room the entire time, despite several attempts to move. Our second day we returned after a long day to find the room not cleaned. They did a room cleaning after 11:00 pm.
