Really welcoming
Just a tad bit expensive

Nice staff, great breakfast. And a nice, clean, and quiet room. Near transportations.
5.0 / 10.0
Reception area and restaurant modern
Rooms very small, very dated, strong smell of unpleasant cleaner in corridors, rooms could be cleaner (hairs/mould in bathrooms). Sheets/towels-very clean. Breakfast was hectic.

The cleanliness and the location are a huge plus.
I was downgraded because of an issue, promised to relocate me to my right category I booked but never happened. The food variety could be better; especially for kids. Nuggets are always a hit with kids, but I was surprised none was on the menu at all.

Great location, easy tram in a few minutes to the centre of Lyon for €7 for a family ticket or €10 uber. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.
The pool was filthy, small and absolutely packed. Lots of things floating in the water. The room was very small for a family of 4 and not the cleanest we have stayed in, with an awful smell coming from the drains. We would not recommend this hotel, except for a very basic stop over.

Good location for a short stay in Lyon. Great for families with everything all really well planned out. Staff really helpful. Good breakfast

Very clean, very good restaurant, helpful and friendly staff. It was incredible hot while we were there so great to have the pool. Location was good for sights and activities near the Confluence area, but a little far from the old city.
The sofa beds were quite uncomfortable (we had a suite for four people)

Great hotel for a family. With a lovely pool. Breakfast was lovely
We struggled to find food available. We hadn’t realised it was so far out of the centre. However, the breakfast is great.

Stayed in an executive suite - room was roomy, clean, and new - toilet separate from the sink/shower/tub area. Shower was clean and powerful.
Breakfast was above average - eggs are undercooked.

* High quality of service, friendly staff.
* A good location.
* Underground parking.
* Restaurant at the ground floor.
* An instruction about how to come to parking at arrival worth sending/publishing before arrival - it would simplify check in when coming by car.
* An expensive breakfast.

A Novotel hotel as it should be. Great service, the rooms were clean, roomy, modern. Crew was outstanding professional. Location was great, good access from and to the highway.

Swimming pool for the kids. Good breakfast.
We had to pay for parking. The room cleanliness needs improvement. Mold and spiders net at the windows. Comparing with Novotel in Luxembourg this one was only average to good.

Breakfast was great and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus. The pizzeria outside was lovely , especially the wine!

Please inform your cleaning staff that they should be aware of their hygiene. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the moment I opened the elevator the whole floor smells bad. Underarm smell. During that time they are doing check outs.

The children's playground was a great help.
Also, the restaurant in the hotel is reasonably priced and delicious.
The pool was small and disappointing. My kids, who were looking forward to the pool, ended up not going in.

Nice sized room, well Equipped, the staff were all helpful and the restaurant and bar was lovely.
The pool looked lovely but it was very crowded as is used by ibis next door too, we gave it a miss. The pizza restaurant was closed even though it was advertised as open which disappointed my kids- the other restaurant does have a varied child menu though.

missing of ev chargers - the Tesla destination charger is at Ibis parking, only one socket. Orientation signs unclear. Poor ventilation.

Not much. The rooms were out dated and the fridge smelt. Mound on shower door.
My husband fell on the second day of our stay and we asked the staff to provide us with products to clean up the wound. The man showed no interest and gave us a disinfectant wipe.
On the last day we were woken up with the noise of drilling the corridor was full of dust. No warning or apologies. The staff were not very interested.

We took the breakfast which was great (but a bit croweded, I wonder if it becomes too bad if the hotel is full. The Gym was quite with very nice machines, but just a new of them, so, when more than two/three people enter you are kind of full. For the price, we had a more than excellent stay. The proximity to the Confluence Museum (excelent museum) and the neighborhood (beautiful gardens to walk around) was good too.
It looks like the building is being renovated (or had just been) so there are some fixes on the walls which are ugly, not in the rooms (we rented two and they were great). We could not go to the beach because of the weather, but that, of course, is not the hotel's fault. It seems like a small beach though. We had a new difficulties of entering/exiting from the garage. Something clearly to improve.
