Excellent location, amazing staff, and an incredibly clean property — everything was well-maintained and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.

The only downsides were the lack of soundproofing, which could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper, and the fact that the property isn’t very modern. However, these were minor compared to the overall positive experience.

Nice room went great location but will not return due to customer service

only how we were treated by reception - they first upgraded us the following day asked to pay 360 euro instead of 230 that we booked online Spoiled our morning - even after we calmly explained to them situation and booking.com reservation they ignored and carried in pushing to pay more

A authentic old hotel Brilliantly located in the centre of town

Fantastic very old hotel smack in the centre of town We could sit in our open windows and look down to the streets below, watching people walking about So very close to everything The staff were so helpful Plenty of areas within the hotel to relax Outside rear garden area Lounge on second floor with both an arcade game and a fooze ball hockey table At the ground floor was a beautiful old lounge area with a piano and plenty of lounges Outside terrace on the seat for a relaxing drink

WIFI It didnt work in our room, so you had to go down to the lounge area below Yes first world problems

The room was wonderful, clean and spacious, bathroom was great with enough space, However the entrance to the rooms & corridors is very dated & feels like a school dormitory, unfortunately… Location though is excellent! Staff as well were excellent!! Thank you!

A great place to spend the night in Beaune if you’re just looking for a no frills clean comfortable friendly safe great

Le Central is exactly what the name says - Central. It’s right next to the Hospice. Great location. Plus, it’s great value. I saw that they have suites, which I guess are a bit deluxe and a bit pricey, but if you’re looking for a bargain, their simple rooms sure are just that.

The location and the staff were very nice.

The bathroom, quite bad, toilet separate from the bathroom with no extra sink in the toilet room and also the hot water got cold within few minutes after being used. That's possibly the worst bathroom I had experienced in a hotel.

This hotel is completely perfect for a short stay in Beaune, nice staff, parking and great location.

The owner or the manager was very nice and very helpful. He parked our car, he was friendly; the room was quite large and very quiet and had a lovely bathroom with a bath.

The restaurant was simple.

Nice stay

Room is very spacious. Staff speaks perfect English and super helpful. He offered to bring our luggage to the room upstairs, gave us excellent recommendations on restaurant and wine shop too.

The water pressure is too low for the shower, water temperature is ok.
