Location, room facilities, animation.
Pool zone too small for so many people, not enough sunbeds.

Good size room, beds comfortable, the towel heaters and robes/slippers were nice inclusions.
There is minimal washing machines for a large hotel designed for sportspeople. The washing machines could only be used at designated times, which are when people are outside on the mountain. Inconvenient opening hours for Sauna and indoor pool. Would like to use sauna when coming down from mountain, but it closes at 8pm, opens at 10am.

Great stay in Les Arcs as always, apartment provided us with everything we needed, kids we happy to have access to pool, bakery and shop was easy access. No issues to mention.
The kitchens in the apartment are small and compact if you are trying to eat in, but we did manage on the nights we did stay in.

Ski in /ski out. Warm, comfortable.
Dated decor/ whole property rather run down/ ski lockers no boot drying facilities... air circulated in room did not reach boots. Rough wooden lockers with raised sides, supposed,to allow air to circulate. Old and rather depressing 70s era decor.
