It was okay…. I would only ever book again if the WiFi is working & we get an ocean view room.
The location was good. But when I booked the room at the highest price the photos had an ocean view. When we arrived we had a view of the back.
Not having WiFi was very difficult. There was zero WiFi in the (garden view) room the entire 4 day stay. We had to download movies before going into the room.

The city is beautiful, but the situation with this hotel ruined my mood.
The location is close to the ocean but far from the city center, shops, etc. If you don’t have a car, it’s very complicated.
I organized a two-day getaway by the ocean for my parents. My mother is undergoing chemotherapy, so when I chose the accommodation offer, I specifically booked a room with an ocean view so that she, who cannot do much physical activity, could enjoy seeing the ocean from the hotel room. I even paid extra for this. When we arrived, the room had a garden view instead. When I went to reception, the lady kept insisting it was impossible for us to have booked an ocean view, even though I showed her photos of the room we reserved. It was clear there were different types of offers— in the photos, it was obvious: the cheaper room had a garden view, while the more expensive one had an ocean view. They were two identical rooms, the only difference being the balcony view, and the prices were different. They refused to solve anything. They didn’t give me my money back, nor did they change the room. 😠 Even though this accommodation is advertised as suitable for four people, it’s definitely not comfortable for four adults.

Pleasant
The beach was not too far from the hotel and also has a private walking path to the beach. The rooms have a incredible view on the beach and the the city from the room. And there are some incredible restaurants around the hotel and in the city to dine in like the restaurants "Les Docks" where the food was very tastful.
The rooms felt smaller in person than the photos shown in the website. There was very little to no wifi and also mobile networks were not working inside the rooms that was a negative point because we couldn't watch anything on the internet.

DON’T TRUST THIS PROPERTY, IT’S A SCAM.
We had a crazy situation with this property because they charge money directly (not by Booking.com) and on the arrival day we called them and they said that they will not host us explaining that they don't see payment. The Booking client help specialist tried to solve the problem for over one hour by calling the property (because reservation was confirmed by Booking.com). The property’s reception finally agreed to host us and to wait for us at the property until the agreed time. However, when we arrived reception was closed and the property phone was inactive. We were left on the street and the property still didn't refund the money despite Booking.com confirming that refund will be done. What is more, Booking.com didn't help us to find another property and we were left on the street. Calling to Booking.com help line costed us 170 euros (because it is an EU call to the UK). They didn't agree to cover these expenses. So never trust that in such situations you will get real help from Booking.com.

time stond still from the 1970’s but value for money
the price
its a quite lived through building. nothing changed from the 1970’s… staff was friendly but not really ‘hotel’ staff (coming to work in trainers and a cap on sneakers and air pods in ain’t exactly professional) however… value for money. we paid about 100$ per night for an apartment. We can complain about lived through accommodation all we want. But what do you expect for that price :)

The see view was very nice
The hotel is old and worn out. No restaurant no bar, just a vending machine where you can buy snacks. The overall atmosphere is more of a youth hostel. the bathroom has no functioning exhaust air and mould everywhere.
