The apartment smelled, the property management company doesn’t answer queries in the weekend so we couldn’t access the WiFi because it was in a link that was blocked by the booking site. The apartment was privately owned so the front desk people weren’t responsible for helping us even though they gave us their contact information. There was a pubic hair in the only washcloth provided and the bathroom sink backed up. The location is great but the amenities were really poor for the inflated price.

I booked this Aparthotel through agoda and saw the official photos of the hotel as advertised. When we arrived we were told that there were some private apartments in the hotel and I had booked one of them despite them being advertised as per the hotel photos and described all the hotel facilities. You can see the photo of the room I actually got.. all staff were completely disinterested in helping us both on arrival at 1.30am and the next morning. We moved hotels immediately and they are refusing a refund saying they have not misrepresented the hotel. I’ll let you be the judge of that. Avoid at all costs! And to the manager of the hotel , your staff are rude and useless!
