A spacious flat in a peaceful environment with a secured parking.

The breakfast room was nice and staff was very welcoming.

Choice was limited, there was no eggs and gluten free bread. I did not like having to watch pop songs in the breakfast room early in the morning.

Nice and large appartment. Super comfy bed - I had the best sleep there during our 7 days roadtrip. Dog friendly, 10€/night.

Kitchen didn't have an oven as mentioned in the booking description, only a microwave-oven which is not really suitable for any cooking.

Spacious and clean apartment, private parking.

This is a great place to stay - if you don’t need internet. I really cannot understand how is it possible in year 2023 for a hotel not to solve the internet connection problems about which guests are continously complaining (for years, as evident from the earlier reviews). The WiFi was very frustrating. Although I read a lot of guests complaint about it, I still decided to give this hotel a try- apparently I was wrong. Other than that, the apartment was good. It was clean and spacious. Too bad that the internet ruined our whole picture. Also, It would be good to have two glasses for wine. We had a wine opener in the kitchen, but it was broken and entirely unusable. We had to buy a new one to drink the wine we previously bought. .

Superb

Quit bid clean apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view. The residence complex is nice, the breakfast was good. The apartment has all necessary for long stay, it is close to main Provence attractions, so a good place to stay for holidays. I stayed 1 night and would like to come back!

we love this place and we come for Xmas period each year. we appreciate the position and the lovely staff

furniture and kitchen tools pretty old or missing; mainly glasses and cooking stuffs. basically it is better to have dinner outside than thinking to stay at home. the mattress was pretty old and deformed. we think each apartment needs a refurbishment.

Quiet, big rooms. Nice Balcony.

Rooms were not very clean, with stains everywhere from previous clients. Bathroom was smelly and flooded easily. Kitchen is poorly equiped (no pan for example). The place is globally extremely old fashioned, it urgently needs renovation!

in the outskirts, very quiet, pleasant place close to the nature

got crowded for the weekend, I would have liked a cleaner bathroom. The shower could have been cleaner with the mould patches removed.

The gentleman at the front desk.

Your literature said "The furnished terrace looks our on the garden". Instead it looked out on dead grass and weeds. Ice was not available and my husband needed to go to a restaurant to ask for ice. The room was not cleaned and we had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. Our last day at breakfast, there was no coffee. The coffee machine was broken and there was no backup.

lovely appartment, very clean, great breakfast really good value for money

there was supposed to be wifi in the room but, it was not possible to contact for longer than 30seconds, I drove to the main checkin office and had to sit there in the car to use the wifi. worked ok, but returned to the room and no wifi, very disappointing and would prevent me using the appartments again. unfortunately. no money was offered in compensation

the place is aging, but everything in the apartment was working well. air conditioning is big plus, good water pressure in the shower, a TV in each room, elevator.

charging extra fee for dog is excessive. interior would benefit from renovation. a fridge is old but working still.

A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Nice property good value for money.

The customer service was excellent and all the staff were happy and available at all times. The team clearly works well and The size and facilities in the apartment for a very good. The air conditioning was excellent (although unfortunately on our last two nights it stopped working). That said the staff made sure that somebody came out to fix it as soon as possible. The view on the golf course side of the property was beautiful and the large (covered) terrace was perfect for dining.

It would have been nice if additional cutlery and kitchen equipment was available (only enough for 2 people). A small service to purchase milk and baguettes in the morning would have been excellent as although the supermarket is a five minute drive it would be nice to buy the staples on site. Further attention to cleaning the properties before guests arrive would have been good.

Staff was helpful and the pet is pet friendly

It was incredibly dirty, the floor the bath, smelly shower, sofa had cigarrette burns, just awful. No batteries in the remote control, wallpaper was ripped, poor quality of the furniture. The state of the apartment is unacceptable for €200 a night. We had no views from our apartment, just a high fence. We only stayed 1 night as it was awful and I couldn’t bath my daughter. also note that the staff leaves at 8pm, so no help afterwards. Lots of people had to call to the “emergency” number but it was impossible to get an answer from them.

Spacious but not clean...

We liked the spacious rooms so for three of us, it was big. The bed was comfortable and big. When I asked for additional toilet paper and new sponge to wash dishes, they brought them over to our room by the time we got back.

The apt is old and need to be cleaned throughly and walls need to be repainted. Overall, it felt unclean. Some of the comforters had stains.

Excelent appartment on quiet golf course.

It was a good sized 1 bedroom appartment that overlooked the golf course. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchenette, complete with dish washer. Very quiet surroundings. Staff very helpfull.

Nothing, except that the airconditioning did not get the bedroom quite as cool as we would have liked, it was working but did not get below 21 degrees.
