Die Bemühungen des Personals, dass sich die Gäste so wohl wie möglich fühlen. Ich war selbst als Rollstuhlfahrerin zu Gast. Das Zimmer war perfekt gelegen und mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, und das Personal fragte ständig: „Ist alles in Ordnung?“ und „Womit können wir helfen?“. Das ist heutzutage wirklich außergewöhnlich.....

Wir hatten ein Comfort-DZ. Größe des Zimmers und des Bads war gut.
Plastikboden im Zimmer; Zimmer zur Straßenseite - die Klimaanlage wurde leider vergessen über Nacht abzuschalten und dröhnte die ganze Nacht durch. Unser Duschkopf war so verkalkt, dass wir ins Nachbarzimmer duschen gehen mussten - dort war übrigens der Ventilator defekt…
