I like the attitude of staff.
My mini fridge did not work.
I received an email saying that they would accommodate my early check-in, but I arrived that was otherwise.

Thank you reception manager Jenny for amazing stay; Ceasar is fantastic in the bar we will miss him, Johan in the Restaurant made me smile every day, Juana made best Omelette and Tostadas every day, Alan so helpful with everything we needed, Cristhian on the breakfast absolute Star, Karen Lopez thank you for your service, Lovely Chere from Entertainment Team made us Dance at the pool, it Was lovely Holiday!

The food variety was very limited. The coffee machine only worked 3 out of 10 days—very disappointing.
