Thank you reception manager Jenny for amazing stay; Ceasar is fantastic in the bar we will miss him, Johan in the Restaurant made me smile every day, Juana made best Omelette and Tostadas every day, Alan so helpful with everything we needed, Cristhian on the breakfast absolute Star, Karen Lopez thank you for your service, Lovely Chere from Entertainment Team made us Dance at the pool, it Was lovely Holiday!

Great food, lovely setting and environment, friendly staff, good options for different restaurants for a budget all inclusive including a Japanese sushi restaurant (loved the teppanyaki) and a Mexican a la carte with tasty tacos. We were there straight after Christmas and it wasn’t too busy. We generally avoid all inclusive as we hate the ‘pile em high’ ambiance but this had small hotel feel with the ease and predictable costing of an all inclusive. I would love them to offer some better / upgraded rooms as would happily pay more to stay again in this fab hotel if the rooms weren’t so depressing !

The rooms - and our room in particular - was very disappointing. All needs updating. Some quick wins would be: a less 1980s bed spread, some artwork, better pillows. But it was very clean.

The food variety was very limited. The coffee machine only worked 3 out of 10 days—very disappointing.
