    We stayed for 2 nights in a triple room at Santa Ottoman Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary tea, coffee, and water provided, which was a nice touch. Because of the central location, some street noise could be heard, but closing the windows helped reduce it. There was also a slight odor from the bathroom, though opening the window or using the ventilation quickly solved the issue. Aside from these minor points, everything was comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, with metro, tram, and bus stops nearby for easy access around the city. Special thanks to Onur, Zeki, and Emin at the reception for their kind and helpful assistance throughout our stay. Overall, Santa Ottoman Hotel is a good option in Taksim, and we would gladly consider staying here again when visiting Istanbul.
