Great location for families and dogs! The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space in the apartments and outside, plus a cycle track/footpath that leads to Pise. Also, the parking is free and just outside the area where the apartments are situated.
The TV in our room was not working. We couldn't adjust the radiators and were too hot at night even in January! The walls between the apartments are thin, so we could hear our neighbours moving chairs and opening/closing doors etc.

It isolated. Far from the city center. It's a more bucolic environment nearby a small urban area full of gastronomic options from breakfast to dinner.
The staff is super nice all the way down. Lovely people.
1. The internet bandwidth is quite poor and the signal was quite week.
2. The pool is shared with a club of hidroginastic and swimming which from time to time makes parts of the pool unavailable. It may or may not be particularly bad for those who want to use the swimming lanes.

Swimmig pool are so crowed with people outside resort. Air conditioning in one apartment was not working.

We only stayed one night and didnt see much of the facility. Vending machine was good, air con was good, basic facilities but clean
