Easy check in and easy check out. Staff was nice. Easy to park. Breakfast was perfect. Hotel restaurant was good.

Access on the ground floor has a stair, a/c was just a heater, no cooling, bed was a combination of 2 single beds with thin mattresses.

Good breakfast … lots of choice..staff were excellent I must say..it was extremely busy when we arrived early evening Saturday… restaurant was fully booked but receptionist went out of her way to call several restaurants for us until she found us a table..can’t thank her enough

The beds .. they had a kind of thin topper on the top which slid off as you moved so pretty uncomfortable night also it was very humid the aircon didn’t work so very hot room even with the window fully open

Didn't start well but eventually was O.K. but note only O.K.

The toilet in our room did not function, no water supply, this was eventually sorted whilst we were out to dinner. The hotel was fully booked , so I think we were given a room not often used, otherwise the cleaning staff should have notified management. The hotel restaurant was fully booked, some advice to prebook would have been helpful.

Staff were friendly. helpful and efficient.. we have stayed here several times in the past

The hotel was extremely busy and breakfast was somewhat chaotic. staff were having problems keeping up with demand and replenishing food. the restaurant was fully booked which meant we had to find another restaurant all of which were extremely busy

It worked very well as an overnight stay on our way further south.

Very good breakfast. Excellent bar and seating area on the terrasse/outside. Secure parking. Able to enter the car park straightaway on arrival and no separate charge for this. Easy walk into town for restaurants etc.

A comfortable hotel within walking distance of Beaune.

Our room was comfortable for our 2 night stay. There was a good selection of breads, cereals, fruit and yogurt for breakfast, although it was a bit of scrum for hot drinks. The restaurant and bar area were nicely decorated and light.

The ticket system for breakfast seemed redundant as there were no staff checking it.
