Location on the Esplanade was magnificent
Level I one bedroom suite with no balcony and kitchenette with no sink or running water was pretty poor. View was straight into roof of pub below. Room was clean but really tired. Would not return

Room was clean and close to the beach. Decent but busy location for us.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Building is kind of dates. Spa was out of order & in need of repair. Parking was very limited. Not that we needed daily housekeeping, but the idea of additional charges for towels & services was a bit unexpected. Towels & ammenities were a bit limited for the price value. Not very many extras. It was also fairly noisy throughout the complex at all hours especially at night. Sounds seemed to carry throughout the building no matter where you were.. A lot of banging & pounding especially late at night & early morning.. We also had a hard time keeping the room cool enough to sleep well. But overall it was clean & a get some rest for a few nights
