8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location, check in experience, restaurant, food choice, breakfast, room, decor, staff, cleanliness, quietness at night.
This is not a criticism but for improvement purposes only. 1. Increase the information manual in the bedrooms, they look a little tired. Include TV remote instructions, copy of dinner menu (your prices and food quality is competitive and this needs to be show cased), do not increase prices but take advantage of them. 2. Bathroom, toiletries were ok but not necessary, save money by asking people at check in if they need toiletries and only then provide these. This also works towards sustainability. 3. Refresh paintwork in the hall areas 4. Tidy up windows in the little house on entry, not sure if these are hotel rooms but first impressions count. Overall a great hotel with impeccable staff.

The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and helpful
The room is a little tired. The tv was so small and the reception was poor so it was virtually impossible to watch a program
