    I spent 3 nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The location, the environment, and everything else about the property were truly great. The only area that could use some improvement is the housekeeping service, specifically regarding our second night. When we returned to our room after the first night, a few things hadn't been refilled, like the washing machine powder. Even worse, our dishwashing detergent went missing entirely (even though it was there on night one). When we called front desk to request these items, we had to call a few times, and the staff kept challenging us, insisting the detergent was in the room when it clearly wasn't. Additionally, we noticed our used towels had been refolded and placed back on the bed—including the one we had used for the bathroom floor—which really shouldn't happen. Thankfully, the third night was perfect and everything was handled correctly. It seems like the housekeeping team just needs a bit more consistency and training on quality control. Aside from this minor issue, I truly loved my stay. Everything else was wonderful, and I would still highly recommend this hotel!

    We travelled for a friend's wedding in Wanaka. It is such a beautiful location that connects to the pathway to see the wanaka tree and then further down you will see the town. I would try to reserve for a ground floor room as there wasn't a lift to go to the upper floor rooms and had to manually move the luggages up the staircase. Parking can be competitve as well but generall have parking near the rooms so its convenient. We also had a day break at the hotels cafe/ restaurant it had great ambience to relax and food too. We loved the view outside of our room.

    I won’t not recommend! I actually expect it should be better than this. Really old and soundproof is bad. A lot noise from your walking way and neighbour. But it a nice view.

    The scenery is beautiful. The presence of several restaurants and grocery stores opening at 7 AM is very convenient for travelers. The food at the hotel restaurant is also quite enjoyable.
