Carmel Forest by Isrotel Exclusive

Everything was so clean and the smell was so good. Great facilities, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

I wish they had a convenience store. Because the hotel located in an isolated area, the nearest store is 15 minutes drive and closes at 18:00 so it would be great to have something like that inside the resort.

It was beautifully decorated and maintained. And beautiful relaxing outdoor premises.

There was no map to tell us about the surrounding forests and paths.

אהבתי מאוד את צוות המטבח המקסימים שלקחו אותנו לסיור והסבירו כל מה שרלבנטי לרגישים ללקטוז. ראיתי שעשו סיור דומה גם להריוניות. אהבתי את הספא המעולה. השרות ברוב המקומות היה טוב מאוד לאורך השהות.

הקבלת פנים הייתה ככה ככה. לא הסבירו לנו מה שצריך ומי שקיבל אותנו פיהק לנו בפרצוף כמה פעמים בלי להתנצל או לחייך אפילו פעם אחת.

Food was excellent, breakfast and dinner and even snacks by the pool. service was generally very good at meals too, other than when sitting at an outside table, sometimes the service was much slower (had to wait 20 mins to be served coffee). the gym is excellent, the pools are lovely too, especially the cabanas at the outside pool

The room was very small, way smaller than a normal hotel room, which given the price was very unexpected On check out we had a horrific experience with one of the staff where we ordered a taxi, was told it would be 30 mins to arrive, so booked a Gett (local uber) which was quicker and cancelled the hotel taxi. At that point the staff member told me they couldn't cancel the taxi (which was 2 mins after we ordered it). I told him that we had booked a Gett and he had to cancel. Long story but the Gett then cancelled and this staff member refused to book us another car! He was obnoxious and should not be working in a hotel!! Eventually someone else managed to book a car and we were able to get out of there, albeit an hour after the original booking!
