Food especially breakfast was bad.Avoid this hotel

Dirty, worn out room, poor breakfast, tired, shabby hotel. Find somewhere else to take your family.

Close to Airport. Presumably some of the rooms were better than mine given the photos.

Unclean bathroom, very tired and worn rooms, sheets didn't seem fresh (I stay at a lot of hotels), horrible experience, paid extra for breakfast included only to find out I need to pay another $25 for a cooked breakfast, stairs needed a vacumb clean, breakfast no plates, no cups, cutlery, cereal stale, had to chase for everything. Not what international travellers would expect from a NZ hotel and inconsistent to the photos & other reviews. Awful experience, sorry

Terrible

The shower was covered in mildew the shower rise was black with mould. My booking said include breakfast. When we went downstairs everyone was eating eggs bacon etc I enquired and told I was only able to have continental breakfast I would have to order off menu for hot breakfast. Unimpressed.

They have a shuttle bus that picks you up from the airport and drops you off back there after your stay if you like.

Recommend , great value, clean and will return for another short stay

The staff are lovely, it's great that you get the bus included in the stay this makes this place excellent value, our room was very clean. They even let us check out at 11 because we arrived so late. I'll be staying again after staying at rival hotels in the area I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the airport for a short stay.

The pillows could use an update, otherwise it was fine and would definitely stay again.

Perfectly functional and comfortable for a stay with access to the airport

Room was a good size, beds were comfy. Room was on ground floor with easy access. The shuttle bus got us to the airport on time with lots of available time slots so we didn't have to leave too early. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. I would've but we had other plans. We stayed two nights at the end of our trip and I would happily stay again next time I'm in Aukland

Nothing bad really, Our room was adjacent the carpark and we heard a few noisy guests but it didn't really bother us. Not a lot of other eateries within walking distance but the restaurant looked good and the prices were reasonable

I paid as I didn’t have time to argue I was already late for work

Evening manager was so nice and helpful

I accidentally broke a glass and I was charged $50 for that cmon ser of 6 glasses cost max $20. I only check in around 8.30Pm and also paid the whole vale unlike some make the most of the $90 as they check in at 3 pm leave the hotel at next morning 10am, it was pretty bad I think ripped me off I understand if they had charged me $5 Because I broke a glass.

Highly recommend

This was our third stay at this hotel, as it’s very close to our family and exactly where we needed to be. It’s also super close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus, which is very convenient if you don’t have your own transport. We requested a ground-floor room, which made it much easier to get our luggage in and out, especially since there’s no lift to the second floor. It was great not having to leave the hotel to do laundry, as there’s a laundry room at the end of the ground floor. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two young children, and fresh towels were provided daily.

Stairs need sign inform other guests no running up the stairs or down-Eliminate dragging bags down the stairs have respect for other guests. Walls are paper thin noise travels through.

Excellent check-in staff

Really liked the staff at check in and check out. Very professional. I liked the 24 hour access and how easy it was to rebook for a second night which I did.

The paint in my room on the bathroom door was horrible all chipped and needs repainting room 224.

Every thing was fine rested well, took the airport bus at 2 in the morning no hassles it worked well

Room was fine , bedding ok, airport bus great, it was a ground floor unit so the window view not so good. Using a walking stick made it a little awkward, other wise it was then handy cap unit I asked for. Regards. RKBeazley.

It is very unclean and unhygienic. Wifi never worked. Staff was unfriendly. There was this bad odor in the room There was no shower curtain so water splashed everywhere.

There is no lift/elevator in the property —this should be explicitly stated. Breakfast was overpriced and disappointing. Lots of noise from outside and lingering unpleasant smell (in the hallway/common areas). The queen beds are just two single beds joined together and the gap in the middle can be felt when you are sleeping. Room key/door handle was not working properly. Walls are very thin, so you can hear next door room noises. Outdated, cheap-looking decor. No information like wifi access was provided.

Good wee stopover at a great price!

For the price, this wee hotel is excellent. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were big, bathroom was a good size too. They're tired and could do with a freshen, but we were just there to sleep. There is a restaurant on site and the free bus to the airport was a bonus. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again, the perfect spot when you're in between destinations.

They tried to charge us more for the breakfast when we had already paid for it they were rude about it and we still haven’t received our bond back we left the room very clean and exactly how it should be left and we never received it.

Comfortable beds-basic room and convenient for a long term parking option close to airport but take a taxi to the Airpo

Longterm parking onsite -5 days free then only $5 per day after that. Free bus to and from airport. Staff were helpful and friendly .

The free bus from hotel to airport takes a minimum of 25 mins- 40 mins to get to the International departure terminal- we paid for a taxi as it was easier on our pre departure nerves to just get there in 10 mins via direct transport. Once we arrived back into the country, the bus stop at the International terminal was difficult to find and the ride back to the hotel took too long as it went via quite a few other hotels enroute.

Thankful the booking was for one night only.

Not much to write home about here, I guess the staff were helpful enough but more staff needed particularly in the restaurant.

Elevator would have been nice. The restaurant wasn't good at all but in fairness to the poor waitress the restaurant was hopelessly understaffed, I think she was left to take the orders, cook the food and deliver the finish the product. The meal was bound to fail.
