    I always stay at this hotel everytime I travel 4 hours from Auckland for our events and meeting. And also it's always clean.

    Got in very late from a flight from South Africa , the staff were excellent , put the WiFi on my phone and organised the wake call so I could catch my flight the next day very helpful and polite

    Stayed here the night, staff are good, didn't like the fact there was no lifts, had to carry my bag up stairs, breafast was very basic, and the bath room wasn't that clean behind the toilet. Otherwise it was ok. I did like that i could catch a free bus to the airport.
