    The property offered a great location and very walkable. Amenities were good and reliable hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness could be improved but the value for money and facilities make it a solid choice

    I have stayed here many times but this stay we were really disappointed with the room. The bathroom was falling apart, the floors were filthy throughout the unit, the sliding door lock kept getting stuck, there was no basic supplies like a dish cloth or a tea towel, dish soap or dishwasher tablets. I’ve never stayed in a serviced apartment that was so poorly equipped. I probably wouldn’t stay here again

    Great unit, with 2 large new bathrooms but small new kitchen. We had a problem with a blocked drain which was dealt with quickly.

    Emailed the Atrium on late arrival and got an email from the reception on the keys, which key is for what room but no mention on how to obtain the keys after your. Had to call them to ask about that but reception was very rude about it. The rooms are dated, are not clean, plastic bottle left in the main bedroom, tons of hair on the carpet and none of the windows has fly screens, be prepare for insects. The worse part is that the second room has a window that opens up to the hollowed out centre of the building (corridor and the lift area) but has no security screen so anyone can climb right inside. My 7 year old was sleeping there but no air circulation so had to keep his door wide opened. The dishwasher leaked on the first night and we were mopping after a late arrival for an hour. Ensuite bathroom sink was half blocked, water sit in there for another 10 minutes before draining off completely. One side of the tennis court fence was mangled so no one can play. The plus side of things are the roof top looks good, the pool and spa looks well maintained, BBQ area was cleaned. Basement games room was lots of fun, there are table tennis, air hockey, pool table, an 80s arcade game table with free video game for kids/ adults to play. Would I stay again, no!!
