Great location
The fact that the main hotel door shuts at 11pm and you can’t let yourself in by using your card. You have to ring the bell and hope someone is available at the reception to let you in

Large comfortable beds and great facilities. Convenient location only a 7 minute walk away from Eyre Square.

Good Guinness
Didn’t like that after I paid 300 euro to stay the night we also had to pay another 50 to use the on sight “thermal suite” which is only a sauna steam room and a relaxation area ? I thought that was abit Irish ! + €14 for parking, another thing was we ate in the hotel for Valentine’s night , we were also charged for a glass of Prosecco and a rose which was handed to us as we walked into the restaurant ! Absolute rip off of a hotel
