A truly unforgettable experience, beyond expectations, and absolutely worth choosing this amazing hotel for your stay! Additionally, I just want to point out a very important detail that simplified our vacation in terms of communication: many of the staff spoke Slavic languages and were very polite. That’s a big advantage for me.

everything, the pool, the beach, superb dinner buffe and breakfast, we love the buffe, they cleaned our room everyday, so its nice when we back to our room and slept on tidy bed and clean bathroom..
the location tho 1 hour from heraklion airport but its worth it, you got everything you need for your vacation and just stay at the hotel the whole time

The property was clean and beautiful.
Although the property was clean, it did not have any local charm or culture. Since it’s a huge all inclusive it lacked warmth and felt like a Florida Timeshare. Although we paid for half board, when we went to book our reservations for food, all dining spaces were fully booked. We had to get special permission to have dinner. When we checked in we were not informed that even the buffet required reservations days in advance. I would chops a hotel that reflected the beauty and warmth of Greece, not this HUGE complex will so many people that it never felt peaceful
