I like the hotels location and the facilities. Easy access to the beach and I could use all the facilities without any problems. I also like the way they offer towels and chair in the beach
I didn't like the hidden fees and the way the staff ask to get pay for extra when I remember the lobby personal told me it was already included but when I ask why they said it was only cover once and it was only when exiting. I didn't ask for anything they just did it and charge me for it. I also didn't like that they didn't accept fiscal money only credit or debit cards

Large property and a very nice and comfortable room for a family of four.
Nothing about the property, but we had the misfortune that we arrived the same time as all the marine cadets and Marine employees from the marine cadet School of Veracruz arrived for their Congress so the check-in was a bit long
