Location was great for my needs. Close to the stadium and places to get a feed.
Restaurant and room service menu options were not great, but there's a heap of food options on the main road only a few minutes walk. There was a circus in town, opposite the hotel, so there was a little noise but wasn't too late.

Food was great.. had all and more. Located next to mt Gravatt was good also.
Overall good.. plenty of parking, windows for fresh air, in the rooms, clean rooms, only thing was the trash cans were confusing, and the taps in the shower was working properly. Plenty of cold water, hot water tap was faulty.
