Bad ,boring ,noisy neighbours,dirty and took my mood away
Reception stuff was friendly
The room is too small , the carpet smelled and the bedding was itchy and the mattress really bad felt like you sleepy on the floor ,the furniture was falling apart old and really not up to 21st standard

The bed was dirty with a hair and stains on the sheets the walls were broken and you could see expanding foam around the windows was very unsatisfactory

Never again but will go for the food
My wife was not comfortable to use the share toilets in the middle of the night when I called to get a en suite I was told we would be up graded to a en suite rooms when we checked in we was told the was en suite rooms because the last time I stayed there they gave us a room with a in suite and noise from the next room was a bit over the top
Share bathroom and the lack of noise from the rooms next to us staff where wonderful and the restaurant and food were great

There was nothing what my children and I liked it.
Room 104 was freezing cold, no heating, room 111 was very little with double bed and hot, than very cold. Dirty rooms with stain on the walls, curtains, bed etc, beds uncomfortable, springs were digging into your body, spider webs around clothes unit and everywhere we looked, floor filthy. No privacy to take shower as toilet and shower room were on main corridor. Breakfast was very limited, not hot English breakfast as described.
