The staff is super nice, they speak English very well and cheerful. Both breakfast (buffet) and dinner at their restaurant is good. The room is clean and well-prepare thoughtfully for guests' comfort. They have all equipments if you need to use the kitchenette in your apartment (no freezer to make ice, but we don't really need that in Finland I suppose). Only 10 mins walk to the lake by the forest trail and 800m to K-market if you want to buy something.

In the summer, they should have a black-out curtain since most guests are not familiar to sleep with midnight sun.

The location is great, everything is in walking distance. Fully functioning kitchenette has all you need for cooking at home. Bring your salt, oil and Bob's your uncle.

The common sauna and swimming pool is slightly less than ideal.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was exceptionally diverse and of high quality. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall a great experience, only our stay was too short.

We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stayed in the cabins, which are lovely with the sauna and the fireplace, both of which were easy to use. The buffet breakfast is really next level incredible. The location was great - we loved that it was only a 10 minute walk down to the lake to watch the northern lights and that it was close to skiing and town amenities.

The real problem with this place is that there is no wifi at the cabins. We're supposed to have it, but the staff indicated they've been having problems with it for some time and it appears to be an ongoing problem that the hotel is not making any effort to fix. They offered us a restaurant voucher, but given that we don't have data as international visitors and rely on wifi for trip planning, this was a considerable inconvenience for us.
