Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities. Room was nice and spacious. Good onsite parking. EV charging available (at this time though, only two available, due to missing cables).
Bed was uncomfortable unfortunately. Only one pillow.

The bedroom was spacious and quite.
The pool was lovely and warm - the jacuzzi was lovely and hot!
Food was good and staff were very friendly, there was a lovely girl who was only on her second shift.
The pool, steam room and showers were a little tired looking

Easy to find, great location and fabulous hotel. Staff are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure you have all you need and feel comfortable. Restaurant is great for service and food. Genuinely lovely people doing a fabulous job in a lovely, classy hotel. Thank you all for a memorable stay.
A few places are a bit outdated or worn- pool, sauna areas. Rest of the hotel is well kept, clean and tidy.

Stayed here 4 times before and always been good
A/c in our room was stuck in cold and no matter what we tried would not turn off or get warm. Spoke to reception who claimed nobody was on site who could fix it
